General Info

A battery of tips about living (conventionally and unconventionally) Venice have been collected in the ATO LIVING booklet that you will find in the apartment. To make your staying as seamless as possible we’ll be happy to help you for any further need (booking restaurants, watertaxy and event tickets, buying public transportation tickets, organize “ad hoc” tours etc…)

Any apartment is fully furnished (including towels, bed sheets, dishes etc…). If you have any other special request, feel free to ask us. We’ll do our best to fulfill it in the shortest possible time.

If you are planning to book one of our apartments for more than 7 nights please contact us and special arrangements can be made.

Any apartment will be cleaned before your arrival. The cleaning service is included in the price.

All rates include all utilities and services (gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, internet access, check-in and check-out), regardless of the lenght of your stay. Please note that late check-in (e.g., 11pm or 1am) does not involve any extra charge . *Not included in your final rate is the tourist tax of 5 Euros per night/per person for the first 5 consecutive nights. The tax will be collected by a ATO LIVING representative in cash (Euro) while checking-in. Note: (i) to minors less than 10 years old the tax does not apply.

Arrival information

When you arrive in Venice a member of the ATO LIVING team will meet you at a specific point. This will be relatively close to the apartment (“a campo”, vaporetto stop, water taxi closest stop etc…), as agreed at the time of your booking. You will then be taken to the apartment where you will register and receive keys and get all the info related to the apartment. ATO LIVING will be happy to answer any questions you may have and assist you at 360 °. Check-in is available from 2.30pm onwards. If you arrive earlier we will be happy to meet you and take care of your luggage.

We kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 10.30am. At the moment of departure a member of our team will come to the apartment to collect the keys etc … In case you have the possibility to visit Venice during your last day because your flight / train / bus leaves late in the evening we will be happy to keep your luggage. We will also be more than happy to accompany you to the closest “vaporetto”/taxi stop while leaving our apartment. If necessary, we will book a watertaxy for you.

We will be happy to give you all the information on how to get to Venice at the time of the booking. Just specify us what will be your arrival point (e.g., “Marco Polo” Airport, Treviso Airport, Station, Piazzale Roma, Cruise Terminal). Based on this we will suggest you several (slower/faster or cheaper/more expensive) solutions. Do not hesitate to contact us before leaving

Booking, payment, cancellation

Yes, you can as far as you don’t finalize your booking, by instructing us to debit your card or you executing the Bank Transfer. In case of cancellation within 2 day prior to your arrival, a penalty of 30% of the total rate will be applied.

A commitee of Art experts is at your disposal to evaluate how to expose them, how to send them and all the details about the collaboration. Fill out the form to start the collaboration.

Sculpures, watercolors, temporary installations, …. every art piece reflecting the ATO LIVING philosophy (i.e., we just promote art!).

Yes, of course. All the materials will be then at the disposal of our guests.
